Oakmont Management Group in Irvine, CA is hiring a Staff Accountant, Accounts Payable for a full-time, on-site role. You will support AP inquiries through a centralized ticketing system, process invoices, and maintain vendor records in RealPage.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years AP experience; familiarity with RealPage, Ramp, and AvidPay is a plus. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are required for accurate processing.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
• 3+ years accounts payable experience preferred.
• Experience with RealPage, Ramp, and/or AvidPay a plus.
• Experience with ticketing systems required.
• Strong Excel skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor centralized ticketing system for AP inquiries from communities, vendors and internal departments.
• Research discrepancies, document findings, communicate updates, and follow through to resolution.
• Resolve routine issues independently and escalate complex matters as needed.
• Review and process invoices in RealPage and ensure proper GL coding.
• Monitor approvals to prevent payment delays and assist with vendor setup.
