Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent; SAP and AP workflow experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced Accounts Payable environments.
• Strong accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with teammates, vendors, and internal customers.
• Overtime may be required per accounting cycles.

Responsibilities

• Batch and prepare electronic/hard-copy vendor invoices for import or scan into Accounts Payable workflow process.
• Utilize SAP and AP workflow systems (VIM) to validate and input invoice data.
• Create/update Microsoft Excel files and assist in reporting.
• Support 1099 processes and vendor maintenance.
• Assist in monthly closings and maintain AP documentation.
