Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Experience with accounts payable and invoice processing preferred.
• Ability to learn SAP quickly and work with MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices through the SAP OpenText workflow.
• Ensure invoices are correctly coded and posted in SAP.
• Resolve discrepancies with follow-up and communication.
• Open and scan physical invoices.
