Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years in accounts payable with emphasis on 3-way match, GL coding, and vendor data entry.
• Proficient in SAP for accounts payable processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; communicates financial info clearly.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable activities with timely and accurate invoice processing.
• Perform 3-way match of invoices, POs, and receiving reports.
• Apply AP GL coding to all transactions and maintain accurate vendor data.
• Utilize SAP to process invoices, payments, and vendor management.
• Resolve discrepancies by liaising with internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports on AP activities and provide insights for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Support audits by providing necessary information.
