Qualifications

• Full-cycle accounts payable experience.
• SAP in accounts payable or accounting environment.
• Advanced Excel with VLOOKUP proficiency.
• Experience processing PO and Non-PO invoices.
• International/foreign invoice processing desirable.
• Familiar with freight invoices, invoice matching, and payment terms.
• Ability to process high volumes accurately.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of PO and Non-PO invoices while meeting productivity and accuracy targets.
• Review freight invoices and other time-sensitive transactions to ensure payment terms.
• Enter foreign invoice information into SAP and coordinate with internal teams.
• Validate invoice information, supporting documents, account coding, and approvals.
• Match invoices against purchase orders and receiving documentation.
• Utilize Excel, including VLOOKUP, to review and process complex invoices.
• Monitor invoice queues, prioritize by due dates, and meet targets.
• Research payment discrepancies and assist vendor account reconciliations.
• Maintain complete and accurate transaction records per procedures.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to obtain missing documentation.
• Assist with month-end close, audit requests, and other AP tasks.
• Collaborate with accounting teams to support changing workloads.
