Job summary

AB Energy USA is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for an in-office role in The Woodlands, TX. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with compensation on an hourly basis and supported by a structured benefits program.

You will process vendor invoices in SAP, maintain vendor data, and assist with month-end close and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and strong internal controls. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems is required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of accounts payable experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP and ERP systems experience preferred.
• English required; Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate vendor invoices in SAP against POs and goods receipts.
• Maintain vendor master data and ensure internal controls.
• Perform vendor account reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations as needed.
• Support month-end close with accruals and reporting.
