Job summary

Richemont Americas is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to process invoices in SAP and handle employee expenses in Concur for US and Canadian operations, based in Shelton, CT. You will manage inquiries from internal and external customers and ensure policy compliance across the accounts payable process.

In this role you will collaborate with vendors, brands, and functional areas to resolve billing issues, and you will support month-end and year-end closings while maintaining accurate

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP system.
• Experience with Concur a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work both with a team and individually.
• Travel to NYC and other domestic locations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices for approval and payment in SAP.
• Manage inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Audit employee expense reports for policy compliance and proper categorization of business expenses.
• Coordinate payment release or return of expense reports; consult with approving managers to resolve deviations from policy.
• Respond to inquiries regarding status of invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Coordinate month and year end closings.
• Liaise with Procurement, Vendor Master Data, and Accounting to ensure accurate postings.
