Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to support efficient processing of vendor invoices and payments at our resort operations in Florida. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely processing, and collaboration with field teams to resolve issues in Medius and D365.

The successful candidate will handle high-volume AP tasks, maintain compliance with company policies, and contribute to reporting and control activities using MS Excel and ERP systems.

Competenze

• Must have basic accounting knowledge and understanding of accounts payable processes.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems (D365) is preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with accuracy and discretion.

Mansioni

• Process invoices in Medius to ensure timely payment.
• Communicate invoice needs and PO requirements to field teams.
• Enter journal entries for tax and treasury activities in D365.
• Monitor due dates and resolve discrepancies to avoid delays.
