Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Prior office, accounting, or administrative experience required.
• Previous accounts payable experience preferred.
• Hospitality industry experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to maintain accuracy while processing a high volume of invoices and supporting documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Accurately review, code, and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system.
• Match invoices to POs, receiving documents, approvals, and supporting documentation as required.
• Maintain organized filing systems for open, pending, and paid invoices.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies by communicating with vendors, property departments, and management as needed.
• Assist with vendor statement reviews and follow up on missing invoices, credits, or unresolved balances.
• Prepare invoices and supporting documentation for payment processing in accordance with established payment schedules.
• Respond to internal and vendor inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
• Assist with month‑closing procedures, accrual support, and accounts payable reporting.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of departmental policies, standards, and procedures.
• Stay informed about all aspects of the property, including hotel operations, retail, and food & beverage outlets.
• Perform general accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Support management by adhering to all resort policies and procedures.
