Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy of vendor information and transaction details prior to payment.
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain organized accounts payable records and documentation for audit/compliance.
• Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members or leadership for resolution.
• Support routine month-end and year-end closing activities with required reports and reconciliations.
