Qualifications

• 0–2 years of accounts payable experience.
• Experience processing high volumes of invoices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume AP invoices and ensure proper approvals.
• Pay vendors and verify discount opportunities.
• Document and code expenses to GL accounts.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and monthly statements.
• Maintain confidential information and assist with month-end projects.
