Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing: Review, verify, and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
• Payment Management: Prepare and execute settlement runs, ensuring timely disbursement of payments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with co-departments.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions, ensuring documentation is complete and organized.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounts payable function.
• Reporting: Assist in preparing financial audit packets and supporting documentation.
• Assist co-workers as needed, other tasks as assigned.
