• 2+ years of accounts payable experience in a corporate or professional services environment.
• Proficiency in fundamental accounting principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage incoming vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
• Retrieve documents and invoices from vendor portals and systems.
• Address AP inquiries and policy questions; resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve issues.
• Ensure timely payment and accurate coding per company policies.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and proactively resolve errors.
• Support month-end close with the finance team.
