• Check and sort mail daily and upload it into the AP management system.
• Mailing out checks on time and ensuring all payments/evidence get to intended recipients.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors.
• Ensuring vendor invoices are processed accurately and on time.
• Assist in processing and reconciling monthly utility statements nationwide.
• Assist in month-end close activities.
• Supports other projects or responsibilities as assigned.
