Qualifications

• 4+ years of Accounts Payable or general accounting experience.
• Experience with invoice processing, payment terms, and AP workflows.
• ERP systems experience; SAP preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices (PO and non-PO) and perform 2-way/3-way matches.
• Validate pricing, quantities, tax, payment terms, and GL coding.
• Resolve discrepancies with Procurement, Receiving, and stakeholders.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments, statements, and invoice status.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and research aged items or disputes.
• Support month-end close with AP accruals and reconciliations.
• Maintain AP aging reports and assist cash-flow forecasting.
• Provide documentation for audits.
