Job summary

Onvo is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to support the finance and operations teams. You will process invoices, manage payments via checks, ACH, and Bill.com, and maintain vendor records with accuracy and compliance.

Key duties include reconciling invoices, ensuring proper authorization, and assisting with monitoring for fraud. The role also involves occasional front desk and video monitoring support as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process, verify, and reconcile invoices for payment authorization.
• Process or record vendor payments via checks, ACH, Bill.com, or other approved methods.
• Maintain accurate financial records and GL entries; ensure proper documentation.
• Review vendor invoices for variances and changes; communicate with vendors.
• Ensure payments comply with company policies and controls; support fraud monitoring.
• Provide occasional front desk and video monitoring support.
