• Reconcile AP transactions and assist with month- and year-end closing.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues promptly.
• Assist in preparing AP reports and summaries for management.
• Ensure compliance with policies, controls, and accounting regulations.
• Support audits by providing documentation and responding to requests.
• Contribute to AP workflow improvements and cross-functional projects.
