Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, review and process vendor invoices, matching to purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Code invoices with appropriate accounting information and reconcile vendor statements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls; resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end close activities and generate accounts payable reports.
