Job summary

Tredit Tire & Wheel is seeking an AP Specialist to support the full accounts payable cycle, ensuring accurate processing of invoices and payments while maintaining organized financial records. You will handle vendor inquiries and assist with monthly close in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Syspro or similar ERP software is preferred; the role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree in Accounting or 1-3 years’ experience in accounts payable.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe.
• Knowledge working with Syspro or similar ERP software strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidentiality and time management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintains all accounts payable files and vendor information.
• Matches purchase orders with vendor invoices for accuracy.
• Prints accounts payable reports and assists with monthly closing.
• Responds to AP inquiries promptly and researches discrepancies.
• Processes, codes, and enters vendor invoices and expense reports.
• Audits invoices for errors and resolves discrepancies.
• Prepares year-end reports and internal/external financial reports.
