Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle Accounts Payable, including payments and month-end close.
• Strong vendor management skills and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable activities, including invoice processing, coding, approvals, matching, posting, payments, reconciliations, accruals, and period-end close.
• Independently manage complex, high-volume vendors, ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and timely.
• Resolve discrepancies related to invoices, POs, receipts, pricing, tax, credits, and payments; identify root causes.
• Reconcile vendor statements, research balances, unapplied credits, and liabilities; drive timely resolution.
• Support scheduled and special payments (checks, ACH, wires, EFT) under approved controls.
