Job summary

MediaRadar is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the full AP cycle, process invoices accurately, and ensure timely payments. You will interact with vendors, coordinate with internal departments, and support month-end close with accruals.

The role requires 5+ years in AP, a B.Com or equivalent, and proficiency with Excel and Outlook. Experience with NetSuite and Ramp is a plus; focus is on accuracy, deadlines, and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of accounts payable experience.
• B.Com or equivalent education required.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review, code and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system.
• Manage payment schedules to ensure timely disbursements.
• Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on outstanding items.
• Serve as primary contact for vendor inquiries and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure invoice approvals and accurate GL postings.
• Support month-end close with AP accruals.
