Job summary

Cactus Wellhead LLC is seeking an organized Accounts Payable Clerk to manage daily AP data entry and customer service resolution in a fast-paced environment. You will support month-end close activities, reconcile statements, and help maintain internal controls.

The role requires strong communication skills, PC proficiency, and experience with general ledger systems. Overtime may be required during close periods and audits.

Qualifications

• Office Administration certificate or equivalent experience.
• Experience with financial/general ledger systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process daily accounts payable data entry and resolve vendor inquiries.
• Support customer service via email and phone.
• Assist with month-end closings, quarter and year-end reporting.
• Maintain internal control documentation and monitoring.
• Reconcile vendor statements to aging reports.
• File and scan accounting documents.
• Participate in special projects as directed by management.
