Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process vendor payables data entry and approvals.
• Review invoices for accuracy, coding, and payment amount.
• Verify carrier rates and setup vendors in systems.
• Process weekly check runs and mail vendor checks.
• Resolve vendor aging discrepancies and questions.
• Support 1099 mailings and vendor questions.
• Collaborate with Location Managers on invoices.
• Maintain New Vendor Packet and SOP adherence.
• Handle corporate credit card submissions and entry.
