Onsite, non-exempt role requiring attention to detail, vendor communication, and adherence to company policies. You will assist with month-end close and tax compliance as part of the finance team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounts payable and vendor payments.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, SAGE Intacct, Stampli preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices with proper approvals and PO/bill matching.
• Prepare and execute payment runs (checks, ACH, wires).
• Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and assist month-end/year-end close.
• Record corporate credit card activity and perform reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with tax requirements and sales/use tax where applicable.
