Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounts payable or similar financial roles.
• Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAGE Intacct, Stampli) and Microsoft 365 apps including Excel/Word.

Responsibilities

• Invoice processing with proper approvals, PO/receipts matching, and discount opportunities.
• Prepare and execute payment runs (checks, ACH, wires) per terms.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain vendor banking info and W-9s.
• Maintain accurate AP records and file documentation.
