Ortho Molecular Products is seeking a diligent Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Barrington, IL corporate office. This full-time, Monday–Friday role is not remote and offers a competitive salary with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years of AP experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Excel. An associate degree in accounting is required; attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in our

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Microsoft BC)
• Thorough knowledge of the Accounts Payable cycle and GAAP
• Ability to organize large amounts of information with accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, esp. Excel
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
• Positive attitude and ability to multitask

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable processes and vendor relations to keep operations on track
• Contribute to refining existing AP processes to meet future needs
• Support fast-paced accounting team with accuracy and timeliness
