Job summary

Ortho Molecular Products is recruiting an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Barrington, IL corporate office. This full-time on-site role requires 3+ years in AP, strong GAAP knowledge, and expertise with Dynamics 365 and Excel.

You’ll manage vendor relations, ensure timely payments, and help refine AP processes to support growth. The ideal candidate has an accounting degree and exceptional organizational skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset and the ability to balance multiple

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365/Microsoft Business Central/BC
• Knowledge of GAAP and AP processes
• Ability to handle large volumes of data accurately
• Associates degree in Accounting required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong organizational, administrative and documentation skills
• Positive attitude and ability to switch tasks easily
• Character qualities: orderliness, thoroughness, diligence, initiative and responsibility
