Staffing Fish, LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for the Phoenix metro East Valley, on-site, full-time, direct hire. The role owns full-cycle accounts payable, codes project invoices in Sage 300, and works with project managers and vendors across multiple active jobs.

Must have 3+ years of hands-on AP experience, Sage 300 and MS Excel proficiency, and construction or project-driven industry background.

• 3+ years of hands-on full-cycle accounts payable experience.
• Sage 300 and MS Excel proficiency.
• Experience in commercial construction or project-driven industry.

Responsabilités

• Own the full-cycle accounts payable process for a high-volume portfolio.
• Code invoices to the correct job cost categories in Sage 300.
• Verify approvals, POs, and supporting documents before processing.
• Prepare and process payment runs (checks, ACH, wires).
• Support month-end close with accruals and AP reporting.
