Job summary

Compunnel Inc. seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to support daily AP operations in Minnesota. You will process invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments, working with Ariba, BOLT, and related ERP systems.

The role requires 5–7 years of AP experience, strong communication, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. You will participate in month-end close and provide reporting support as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–7 years of accounts payable, accounting or finance experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process and resolve AP invoices and exceptions in the AP module (BOLT).
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Assist with Ariba activities and indirect PO processing.
• Support month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Generate ad hoc financial reports and assist process improvements.
