Agiliti in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking an Accounts Payable Representative I to manage vendor payments by check, credit card, or ACH. You will process PO and non-PO invoices (roughly 500-600 per week) and support field and department AP activities.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math, strong communication, team collaboration, and familiarity with SAP Accounts Payable. An Associate degree or equivalent experience and 1+ year of related work are expected, with a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• 1+ year related experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and math skills.
• Experience with SAP A/P software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process payments to vendors via check, credit card or ACH.
• Enter PO and Non-PO invoices (approx. 500-600 per week).
• Provide AP support to vendors and internal departments.
• Research PO vendor inquiries and vendor statements.
• Distribute incoming mail to support AP processing.
• Collaborate with buyers to resolve PO/invoice issues.
• Assist with 1099 filing and other duties as needed.
