You will support month-end close and collaborate with ministry leaders to keep books current. A degree in accounting or finance with 2+ years of experience is required, along with detail-oriented, effective communication skills.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• High level of organization and ability to manage multiple invoices and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for vendor interactions.
• Active participation in a church lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices with accuracy and speed.
• Manage the invoice processing platform AvidXchange from receipt to disbursement.
• Maintain vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile the accounts payable ledger monthly.
