Job summary

Dot Foods is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Mount Sterling, IL to manage invoice processing and vendor relations. You will work with Admin, Operations, Transportation, and Sales to ensure timely, accurate entries and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Engage with internal departments and vendors to process invoices.
• Manage worklists, queues, and inboxes for timely AP processing.
• Process inventory invoices per pay-as-received and tolerance policies.
• Research AP inquiries and assist with supplier rebills.
• Create period and quarterly reporting.
• Follow standard work and apply lean thinking to reduce waste.
