Job summary

WSI is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate in Suwanee, GA for a temporary role. You will administer accounts payable, review invoices and expense reimbursements, code documents, and enter them into the accounting system for payment while ensuring accuracy and timely approvals.

The role requires 3–5 years in finance/accounts payable, with ERP experience (Oracle preferred) and strong communication skills. You will collaborate across departments to resolve issues and maintain smooth supplier

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Accounting, or relevant work experience.
• Three to five years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least three years in accounts payable.
• Experience with ERP systems; Oracle preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Review and enter supplier invoices, check requests, and expense reimbursements.
• Code and allocate documents to correct project/department and expenditure type.
• Resolve PO matching system errors with Purchasing, Accounting, and IT.
• Obtain proper approvals before payment of invoices with multiple departments.
• Work with suppliers to resolve issues and outstanding balances.
• Complete special projects and other duties as directed.
