Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of Accounts Payable experience and a high school education.
• Ability to complete basic calculations and data entry.
• Familiarity with payables systems and computer operations.
• Sedentary role with some filing and occasional lifting as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices in computer system.
• Open mail daily if needed.
• Communicate with coworkers, management, clients and others regarding purchases.
• Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
• Complete filing of retained documents daily and adhere to the record retention policy.
• Participate in audits completed internally or by a third party.
• Follow company guidelines pertaining to behavior, loss prevention and safety.
• Perform other duties similar to those above as assigned by the controller or other qualified corporate or platform representative.
