Busy Season Staffing Solutions in San Juan, PR is seeking an organized, analytical Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. You will manage supplier invoices, process payments, and help ensure accurate accounting records.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in accounts payable, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail. English proficiency required; you will work with cross-functional teams and support monthly closing activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 1 year of accounts payable or similar experience.
• Knowledge of invoice processing, reconciliations, and accounting records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
