Job Description
- Process payroll accurately and on time, including government-mandated deductions.
- Monitor and record Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions.
- Handle billing process and ensure timely collections.
- Maintain and update general accounting records and BIR Books of Accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support external and internal audits by providing required documents.
- Ensure compliance with BIR and other government regulations.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related course (preferred but not required if with relevant experience).
- At least 1 year experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related role.
- Knowledgeable in payroll, receivables, payables, billing, and bookkeeping.
- Familiar with BIR processes and reporting.
- Proficient in MS Excel/Word; experience with accounting software is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Can work with minimal supervision and handle confidential information with integrity.
