Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associates preferred.
• Three years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoices and purchase orders through the purchase to pay process.
• Work with supervisor and departments on expenditures and purchasing.
• Interact with vendors to ensure timely payment and discounts.
• Audit and code invoices accurately for payment approvals.
• Maintain and file audit trails and vendor payment files.
• Follow up on invoice issues and 1099 contracts.
