• Prepare weekly invoice distributions for program manager's approvals.
• Assist month end closing and quarter end closing.

BS in Accounting

Manufacturing accounts payable experience

Proficient in SAP FI

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Understanding of procurement to payment cycle

Excellent organizational skills

Clear communication skills
