Job summary

Herc Rentals Inc. in Florida is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to execute full-cycle AP auditing, support internal and external audits, and ensure accurate cash disbursements. You will collaborate with Treasury and Invoice Processing teams to improve efficiency.

This role involves scheduled UAT testing, audits of AP reports, and responding to inquiries. A Bachelor's in a business field and 3+ years AP experience, plus leadership skills, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field or relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3+ years of Accounts Payable or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Execution and support of the full cycle of the Cash Disbursement process.
• Follow Up and resolution of outstanding Cash Disbursement issues.
• Completion of scheduled audits of AP Customer Service tickets and invoices.
• Completion of scheduled User Acceptance Testing.
• Completion of scheduled audit selections from internal and external AP auditors.
• Periodic review of scheduled AP reporting, evaluating and implementing opportunities for enhancements.
• Respond to inquiries from phone calls, emails, and voicemails.
• Train new employees and answer questions.
• Other tasks as assigned by leadership.
