Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reviews invoices for accuracy and proper authorization.
• Guides faculty, staff, and students on expense policies.
• Records AP data and reconciles AP aging and GL weekly.
• Prepares and distributes AP checks.
• Maintains vendor files for accuracy and retrieval.
• Prepares account analyses and audit schedules.
• Assists with student billing system audit requests.
• Collaborates with Student Receivables Manager.
• Provides professional customer service across departments.
