Responsibilities include matching invoices to POs/receipts, reconciling statements, and collaborating with warehouses, buyers, and a global accounting team. Prior AP experience and Excel proficiency are required; on-site with potential hybrid options.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and on time using AP tools and match to POs/receipts.
• Perform three-way and two-way match checks to ensure payment accuracy.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain professional relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global accounting team and offshore stakeholders.
