Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate for our Norcross, GA location. This role supports daily AP operations including invoice processing, PO matching, and supplier inquiries. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a high-volume finance environment.

The position requires 1–2 years of AP experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with Excel and Outlook. Benefits include health plans, 401(k), ESPP, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of Accounts Payable or related experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Office applications.
• Experience with ERP/procure-to-pay systems (Oracle, Coupa, ServiceNow) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and process purchase order and non-purchase order invoices accurately and timely.
• Validate invoice details and supporting documentation.
• Perform PO/invoice matching and research discrepancies.
• Ensure approvals and GL coding for non-PO invoices.
• Identify and prevent duplicate invoice processing and duplicate payments.
• Respond to supplier inquiries on invoice and payment status.
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities.
