Job summary

Century Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in a high-volume, manual AP environment in California. The role requires accurate invoice coding and data entry, with experience managing complex allocations and 2- or 3-way matching.

You will reconcile vendor payments (checks and electronic transfers) and support a transitional period moving from AMEX to Mastercard and from Concur to Corpay. Expect 80–100 invoices weekly across multi-entity structures.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex invoice allocations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Oracle Cloud.
• Knowledge of 2- or 3-way matching in invoice review.
• Ability to work effectively in a team handling high-volume, manual AP processes.
