• Ability to work comfortably in Excel, Outlook, Teams, and ERP systems
• Ability to communicate well with others via phone, in-person, and computer

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify and process invoices for all business units.
• Ensure invoices match purchase orders and approval processes.
• Liaise with business units, departments and vendors to resolve payment issues.
• Complete credit applications and vendor compliance documents.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and review statements.
