Job summary

CTI in Maryland Heights seeks an Accounts Payable Associate to support our corporate branch with precise invoice entry and timely payments. You will match POs to invoices, analyze expenses, and ensure accurate vendor data while maintaining a strong control environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in business, accounting, finance, operations or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with AP processes and vendor communication is a plus.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Match purchase orders to invoices and enter invoices into accounting software.
• Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing reports and recording entries.
• Process payments to vendors and manage checks or electronic payments.
• Resolve discrepancies and document AP activity.
• Verify vendor accounts and maintain data accuracy.
• Prepare and manage records per retention policies.
