Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years accounts payable experience.
• Experience with high-volume invoices and full-cycle AP processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and common business software.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Yardi web-based invoice approval workflow, indexing, routing, validating amounts, and processing check runs.
• Collaborate with Asset Services and Accounting to ensure on-time payments and mitigate penalties.
• Assist with vendor master file review and fraud-risk areas related to vendor setup in Yardi.
