Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 3 years of full cycle Accounts Payable experience
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software

Responsibilities

• Process high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• Verify invoice accuracy and code to GL accounts
• Prepare and process weekly check runs, wire transfers, and ACH payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized AP records (physical and digital)
