Job summary

Brookfield Residential in San Ramon, CA is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely processing of payables for the division. You will import PO data, match invoices to purchase orders, input invoices into the accounting system, and run weekly cheque and EFT payments.

The role requires at least 5 years of AP experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong time management, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Proficient with computerized systems including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process payables daily and input invoices.
• Match invoices to purchase orders.
• Input invoices into accounting system and prepare weekly cheque and EFT runs.
• Review transactions for proper authorization and vendor statements.
• Generate AP reports and assist month-end close.
• Respond to internal/external inquiries and manage vendor records.
• Monitor SADP compliance and process lien waivers.
• Support cash flow and AP accrual forecasting.
• Collaborate with teams for audits.
