Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience, preferably in construction

Responsibilities

• Enter, route and process a high volume of vendor invoices (100–200/day) in line with job cost accounting
• Verify sales and use tax application across jurisdictions; research missing tax codes
• Maintain AP records and support audits with accurate documentation
• Generate regular check runs and manage cash flows in coordination with leadership
• Assist with month-end close including AP accruals and 1099 reporting
