Hoffman & Hoffman Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to support our accounting team in a project-based HVAC/construction environment. You will review and code invoices, ensure timely processing, and maintain accurate job costs and vendor records.

Qualifications

• Experience processing vendor invoices and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high invoice volume.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and ERP/accounting systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, code, and enter vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Match invoices to POs, receiving docs, and supporting paperwork.
• Code costs to GL accounts, job costs, and cost codes.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end close and accounts payable records.
• Maintain vendor records and approvals, and communicate with vendors professionally.
